Hey there! Are you looking for the Milwaukee Socialist Walking Tour?

Well, you're just a few clicks away from having everything you need to embark on a guided walking tour of Milwaukee's Socialist History.

And it is indeed a historic tour, because as far as we know, it's the first of its kind. All you need to do is follow a few links and you are making history. It is 100 percent free, 100 percent Of the People and 100 percent For the People. Hurrah!

If you don't have the map or you want another copy, click here to get it. You can print it in full color as it looks on the screen or just switch your printer to grayscale if you would rather see it in black and white. One thing though - you need to print from the little printer icon on the upper right hand side of the page instead of from your File menu. Ok, go do it, then come back.

Now it's time to download the podcast. Click here to do it. But for the record: you do not need to have a portable music device to listen to the podcast. You can listen to it from your computer if you want. While we would recommend getting out and doing the tour, if it's geographically impossible or you're just plain lazy, there is an alternative. Just click on the big purple icon instead of the small one and it will open in QuickTime. Listen and learn. It's better than nothing!

Well, I guess that's it. You've got the map, you've got podcast, you're all set to hit the road. And how easy was that?

The tour begins at Turner Hall, which is located at 1034 N. 4th St. in downtown Milwaukee. If that doesn't mean anything to you, it's on the block just east of the Bradley Center. It is all clearly marked on the map, so just follow the path and everything will be great.

Oh, and one more thing - we'd love to hear from you after you've taken the tour (or even right now). Either leave a comment here on the site or email us through the contact button on the right hand side of the page.

Happy touring!
